The client had already picked out this venue when they approached our team.
They wanted to keep it simple and use a couple of projection screens. We convinced them to make a bigger impact.
The show was 8 hours long with more than 10 keynotes, multiple set changes, and a worship band.
We put a lot of time and energy into defining the presenter flow from the stage to the greenroom and back again.
Those final details made our speakers feel comfortable and "like we've done this event before"
Skipped traditional long lens broadcast cameras and deployed lower cost Sony Cine cameras with a 200-600 photo lenses on each.
Each speaker requested their own custom confidence monitor layout to see their slides and timers.
They had 4 available monitors to route, and we handled those with macros as they walked on stage.
Every show is a learning opportunity - We discovered that these particular LED panels did not perform well in this type of venue.
Now, we use Roe Graphite panels with fantastic results.
Panels required their own key light - coordination between LD and TD made it feel seamless
