Tasked with bringing the company livestream to Midland, we were given complete creative freedom. We proposed evolving the broadcast into a true live event by integrating an in-person audience to elevate the energy and engagement.
We integrated the CEO and board of directors remotely by leveraging low-delay encoders that enabled realtime interaction with the hosts
Starting with a live drone shot set the tone and energy for the entire broadcst.
We saw the potential in the patio immediately, but needed to control the background. A scrim on the pergola solved that, and the window on the left was a massive bonus—it gave our small crew a dedicated spot to work without being on top of the talent.
We honestly weren’t sure if our fabricator could pull off a build this specific, but we took the risk anyway. He absolutely nailed it—the custom desk turned out even better than we’d hoped.
